We keep running into issues with this template. The BluePage builder continues to be full of bugs! There is no instruction on how to handle the K2 blog within the template. The update they did to fix the “testimonials” slider seems to be from another template. The UI is totally different and doesn’t even animate by default. The latest color correction also overrides any style sheet changes? I emailed them 2 weeks ago now asking specific questions. I even used google to translate my questions into Vietnamese to help with the language barrier. We cannot add any YouTube or Vimeo videos through the BluePage Builder module. IT SIMPLY DOESN’T WORK!!! Every time it says that there is an error with the video. I would not recommend buying this template. It looks cool, but if you try to do anything custom it seems to break immediately! I’ve seen the weirdest errors happen with this template, it’s mind boggling! I’m sure they’ll respond by saying to email their support. Which I’ve done! I guess now it’s time to go spam their social media pages until I get my questions answered!

It does not show the template as “available” to select it; it only shows the templates that come by default with Joomla. Dears, I bought this amazing template & I found some bugs in it, detailed here below: 1)When viewing the site on a mobile, the menu when clicked appears then disappear directly. 2) I’m using the Quix page builder & there are two elements that are not displayed correctly (Testimonials & Carousel) I uploaded the site as demo http://bondintlcapital.com/demo/index.php/test.html as the site is still under development on my laptop. Your support site says it’s down for maintenance. Why can I not see any regular Joomla! articles when I create a menu link to them? I can see them if I use a different template. Does Blue PageBuilder make it where you can not use regular Joomla! content and any ACL control over what logged in users can view?

Please help, I’m having trouble with the Blue Pagebuilder component working correctly. I make changes with the html editor and they don’t apply. On top of that the module menus don’t load properly either. They load as just blank. Using the developer tools in my browser, it doesn’t look like scripts are being loaded. I get the same issues when I try to use Chrome and Firefox to edit. What is the recommended browser to edit this template with? Have these issues been fixed in the latest template update? Does anyone actually answer emails to the support email?

I emailed your support last Tuesday (1/9) and have yet to get a reply! This BluePage builder component editor is extremely buggy! One strange issue that came up is that we can’t put ”+” symbols in text? It doesn’t render in html? Starting to get frustrated with the lack of feed back from their support.
