Author Support is worthless. I have bought another template (History) from him and can’t get support for fixing the issues, like this: - Error with gallery plugin (the related – Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that) and Author response that it is my fault without any explanation where to find the error. My guts feel that it is something not good with PHP version or server settings. - Bakery plugin is outdated and Author couldn’t provide an update on request - Post Grid module isn’t working at all. I see similar problems in other themes reviews coming from different buyers. who bought from this author. My original review can be found on the History theme reviews page. Waiting for Envato’s response too with conversation photos provided. Trying to get support which I paid for and it is principle to make such irresponsible developers into daylight instead of getting a refund.
