Their support site does not work. I created an account last night and I never got the confirmation email. I then created a case as Guest user with same email address and to date I have had no reply from them. Not impressed so far ! The sample data does not import correctly which is the reason I created the support case.

Very poor customer support. I have to admit that they respond but they do not read emails correctly and don't do what requested in tickets.Main theme slider stopped working and I ended buying premium license for it to get support from slider creator because these guys didn't know how to fix this issue. I don't recommend it

Hi, I cannot install pre-packaged pulgins.
It shows a message like this:
