Will this theme be updated to be compatible with WordPress 5.8 and WooCommerce 5.4? If not, will it work at all with the updates?

Hello, I purchased support for this theme and I am not getting any support response. After scrolling through other posts for this theme I am starting to see there are a lot of issues with this theme. I am too far into scrapping the theme and starting with something else. I really need to get this theme to work properly. So, my question is, how do I get tech support for this theme? customer support is appalling and it is a disgrace. The author is no were to be found if you want to contact them. They ask you to pay for support and as soon as they get your money, there is no support available.
