if you are using the Gutenberg editor, add a classic block and at the top, on the right, you’ll see the black gear icon. It is a shortcode generator.

Hi, Instagram has returned invalid data on top and on the footer of my blog. Maybe it’s about updating the theme?! I have version 1.6, I really have to renew support for having the latest updates of the theme?

I have purchased this theme but the support has run out. A lot of things are broken right now though, and I haven’t touched anything. It is frustrating.
There are a few issues I am experiencing. I have attached photos for you to see.
1) In Theme Settings under Appearance, everything is blank now and I can’t change anything.
2) My main gallery Images on the Shop pages don’t display at all. If I click on the empty spot it pulls up the image.
3) The main header on the home page is missing too. It use to slide through the blog posts images.
I need help to fix this issues ASAP. I have tried on different browsers and devices. It won’t even let me add a new theme.

Love the theme and how flexible and easy it is to use! Bought it quite a few years ago and when updating to the latest version the ‘Theme Options’ has locked out a lot of the editing capabilities despite having all the plugins updated and installed. Hi! I bought your theme a couple years ago and I’m still using. Love it. However, it seems like there’s a bug. When I was in the dashboard for mobile view I was able to see side widgets and the most recent posts. However, when I’m actually on my phone I can’t see the side widgets items and my most recent posts. I tried to view on few different phones as well.
Is this something you can help? Thanks.
