Hello, I am very interested in this theme. Where are the listings being pulled from? We have access to RETS or a local MLS. Does the theme pull listings from there?

The template is very good and clean.
I purchased the theme.
But i didnot see some required pages which are not available in the template.
Could you please let me know, if there is any chances of these below pages availability?
Add property page
Login / register
Owner dashboard
Elements for the theme such as forms, divs etc.
Hope you help me in my requirement.

I was able to figure out how to install the theme but it says the following.
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme installation failed.
please help me figure this out.
