Hello, I have a pre-purchase question. We want to make a website in 4 languages (Turkish, Arabic, English and Russian). When we make it with WPML or loco, how can we RTL the Arabic? Is it possible to RTL the same theme and contents? Or do we need to use a different demo of yours for RTL? To summarize, is it possible to show a single theme, same contents and design in 4 languages? Thanks.

Hey guys, once I have the web page with the theme ready and running online, is there a way/are there additional options to change how it is shown on a mobile device, specifically on a mobile phone. Or is it pretty much automatic? Because I have the page and it’s all perfect on a computer but some sections are shown realtively bigg on the mobile and I would like to tweak those for a mobile device look.

The best option is to inspect the php error log on your server and identify the fatal php error related to import – this will help you pinpoint the reason for this right away. You should also check if your server settings are in line with the recommeded settings from the documentation – http://documentation.bold-themes.com/industrial/getting-started/ Does the error appear just after you initiate the import or it takes some time? In the case that it takes some time, please note that in general import process is incremental – meaning that it will take off right where it stopped – so if it stops at some point for whatever reason, you can repeat it as much times as needed until it finishes. You can open the media library in another tab and refresh it from time to time while the import is running in another tab. The number of items in the library should increase if the import is running properly. If it stops right away, please inspect your php error log, submit a ticket at our support site – http://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and leave the findings from the log, your wp-admin credentials and site url and our support team will take a closer look. Regarding the Calculator – is it possible to have a certain input value be used multiple times as part of a multiplier elements without having the end user type it multiple times? For example – type the peremeter of a house in the beginning and then use that number to calculate different jobs by using that number without asking the user to type it again for each type of job.

the bold builder plugin that came with this theme does not show an option to hide sections. any ideas on how i can find this?

They are using Industrial Theme ver 1.2.2 and due to lack of updates from their previous “web folks,” the site is crashing over and over again. I’ve got the site in debug mode and you can see the errors, all coming from the required plugins associated with the theme. I don’t mind continuing to use Industrial Theme but we need this update, provided this was purchased license. But, of course, I have no way of providing any purchase code since I have no way of contacting previous developer. Any suggestions? Thanks
