I know my support has expired but the last update of the theme did not address most the problems that come with the theme. Still no way to easily change colours. No options for header layout. Visual composer just does not work properly with this theme. No options to set default zoom on Google map. Also i cant see to remove the “learn more”links on services. The way the service catogories are done is very disorganised

I am too having issues with getting support. Also, I can’t edit a lot of the visual composer elements and it’s saying that there is no license even though on here it says it’s included!!

The theme has so many problems and it looks like the author does not provide prompt responses. i am facing most of the challenges that other users have posed and i see there are no responses. the support ticket system is always down. i don’t see option to change the footer, colours and have different options for the header. the responsiveness of the theme is also quite question. can we please have a major update that resolves all these issues

Hello, Why can’t I import DEMO SETTINGS? Manual import doesn’t work either! The site looks tragic!

Bought this template but i m regretting now, I ve istalled 3 times on localhost and 3 times a different design, hows that happening? Tried als to import the dummy content no succes!! Also some section at the Home Page you CANT CANGE it its not in columns, The sections are not alligned the placeholders are not on place but overlayed over other textbox. Very bad!! tried several times to reinstall but no succes !!

Hi, I’ve held off on using the theme because it had so many problems and you guys kept promising a fix. I’m still not seeing a way to control how the page will look depending on what device it’s displaying on. With other themes that I have purchased, there is an icon in the slider revolution area that allows you to adjust exactly how you’d like your webpage to display on mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop. However, that option is still not available here and whatever change I make, I have to keep going to different devices to see how it looks and if it doesn’t fit, I have to keep retrying over and over. These dimensions just aren’t working and I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Plz rectify the problem, also with changing the color of the theme, or please do provide a refund back to my theme forest account as I have not been able to use this theme and there doesn’t seem to have been a fix provided as promised.
