I have an issue with loading the map. I added the correct API key, but the map is not working.
Google Map confirmed what I knew four (4) days ago when I first reached out to your support team: the map Javascript needs to be updated. Can someone help me? This situation is becoming ridiculous.

Hello ypromo. Is there any reason which may cause all (or almost all) javascript-based functionalities to be down? E.g. “teams” or “banners”? A few days ago it happened to my site, see the main page: https://rehabilitacja-koala.pl/ . Adding new pages with these blocks do not help – neither slider (banner) nor anything works as it used to work. Thank you!

I used the theme on my staging site before pushing it to the live site. When registering the theme on the live site (after deregistering on staging) I get a registration error saying it’s already registered to the staging site. Not sure how to work around this?

Hello!
I want to install and activate a theme on my test domain, then transfer the customized theme to my main domain. Will the license carry over with the content on the site, or will the license need to be reset and reactivated?

Buen día! descargué la plantilla y la instalé en el hosting sin problema pero estoy intentando que la instalación sea completa con la visualización tal cual como está en el demo y no encuentro donde. Lo he realizado con otros temas sin problema, Podrían darme una mano…. gracias!

It is for me not to see how to install Demo Content or the different Web Sites. In Backup section also no backups to install. Whats Wrong?

I am currently trying to install the Demo Content but all I’ve seen on my screen for the past 24 hours is “A content install is currently running”. Every necessary Unyson extension has been activated.
I don’t see any way to install the content manually either.
