we have a site which use your theme and the developer that built the site approx 3 years ago is no longer contactable so all purchase detail are with him. the site is www.shoutoutdigital.com we had clicked the ‘update theme’ link in the back end, and it seems to have installed EPIC by Slocum themes, which is completely different theme AND author!! Proof that you had EPIC by Jellythemes installed is attached, by way of the theme image/logo still present in appearance > themes. Ideally we need the version of EPIC/Jellythemes that was available on the date the site was completed. we have currently lost the site as it has not been backed up by the host company and we do not have purchase codes as the developer does. why has the site updated to a totally different theme which seems to be the problem Alex

Hi, I’ve just purchased EPIC Template. I’ve followed the instructions to installed and activate the theme… (install plugins, loading XML files and importanting sample data…) Unfortunately, i can’t get access to the EPIC OPTIONS… What are your advice ? Thanks in advance! Nicolas

Hi there. I’m trying to help a friend out. He updated EPIC theme and completely broke his WP site! I notice it now says the author is Slocum instead of Jellythemes, and the UI seems very different. Is there any way to download older versions of this theme to try and restore his site? He has no backup! Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello, My client has been getting tons of spam via your contact form on the Epic theme. I can not even find where to add fields to this form through the backend. Can you please help me with options on how to reduce the spam? Can I change the form to contact form 7?

Hi I’ve downloaded this theme and want to import the xml-file demo-content.xml But i can’t find the file in the EPIC folder. Has it been changed to another name or? Loading XML file and Importing samble data We recommend to load the XML file “demo-content.xml” attached with the theme (folder Epic > XML > demo-content.xml), select Tools > Import, and click on WordPress (Import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from a WordPress export file.) and select the XML file located on you computer, in the Epic Theme folder. NOTE: is necessary to install and active the WodrPress Importer

Hello! I bought your theme a year or two ago, and unfortunately my site just got hacked and I had to redo some of it…I had originally asked for some help on making the logo on the first slider smaller and be centered in the hero so the copy wasn’t hitting below the divider. I was hoping you’d be willing to help me adjust that one more time! I’ve loved using this theme and I get so many compliments on how beautifully it works. Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help get this done, I would really appreciate it! Thank you.

The site breaks when upgrading to Wordpress 5.6, downgrading to Wordpress 5.5.3 is the only fix to the issue.
