I purchased the theme, installed it and it looks nothing like the live preview. Is it possible to get help for this issue or does this fall under “customization services” for which you offer no support?

Guys, this item is broken, not all the elements get deployed in the installation, theme has wierd look on mobile and it’s not responsive. Sent you my detailled email and I am awaiting your feedback ASAP.
