Hello, I bought your Ecology template and it is giving me too much problem and on top of that you have the worse customer care. When I upload it onto my domain, it doesnt load and when I asked my web host to check. They responded as follow; There is a new file named error_log created. Here is the following error: [29-Sep-2021 12:49:01 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ecologist_mikado_blog_archive_pages_classes() in /home1/esolutions/esg.ecclestonsolutions.com/index.php:2 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in /home1/esolutions/esg.ecclestonsolutions.com/index.php on line 2 Kindly get the same checked with a web developer as there is an issue in the code, it is based on the older PHP standard. This has to be updated. Can someone please help me resolve this!!!!

I bought the theme today, I downloaded it and imported the theme however it’s not imported anything and is coming up with a 404 on the home page itself. Please do fix this as I did like the theme.

Hi, I bought your theme some time ago and never managed to get the Givewp plugin to work. I have now got it to work on anther site very easily so know it is not something I am doing wrong. I need this to work ASAP, please can you advise. I have raised this issue with you before but the issue was never resolved.

Hi, how can we disable the lazy load of images ? ...as when loading more images on one page… like gallery … they load after scroll enter…which in many occasions looks really bad… maybe could add some scroll offset… anyway …any help is appreciated …

Hi, pre-sale question. Love the theme, but the demo is loading far too slow: 16 seconds before the Main home appears. I checked on multiple devices and GT Metrix gives the lowest score (F). - How come, and is there a solution? I don’t think it’s just because of the big photos. - Also, will this theme be there in the coming years? I want to use it for a municipality and I can’t afford it to use a theme that will quit support in a few years because the small amount of sales (probably to do with the loading issues). Hi Guys, A previous comment from user ‘NonaNo’ mentioned GiveWP having issues. I am also having issues with GiveWP and the Multi-Step Donation Form template. When I enable that template the form does not show – there are no errors in console and no issues when I enable wp_debug. I can’t work out if this issue is with the plugin or the theme. I’m going to test the plugin on a fresh install of wordpress and find out.. Can you check? Thanks,
