I have updated the theme, yet WP Bakery is still not saying its active, and when clocking on activate takes me to a site to pay. When I go to edit a page, inside the “visual” tab is all the code, and it wont even allow me to click on the tab “Text (HTML)” Need this sorted ASAP – I am a verified purchase. Oh and this is great, I go to submit a ticket on why the theme is having this issue, yet my support has expired. I’m not asking for technical tips here, I’m looking for reason as to why the WP Bakery isn’t updating for a paid theme. Bad Experience.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered. The latest version of WPBakery Builder​​ is included in new theme update. Please follow these steps in order to update plugins after theme update: - Navigate to WP Dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins. - Update ThemeREX Utilities plugin. You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site. - Deactivate and delete the rest plugin(s) of old version. - Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install the plugin(s) like it was described in the Plugins Installation section of this documentation: http://bugspatrol.ancorathemes.com/doc/#plugins_installation If you need latest version of plugin and there is no new theme update available, you can always request it in tickets – just submit a ‘Pre-sales’ ticket at https://themerex.net/support/ This doesn’t require support renewal. Hi I paid for the support May 13 but never got an answer. I tried to access the ticket I created but It’s saying this email is not registered. Hi guys, looks like from the starting i forgot to fix the issue and now when i checked the support has expired. If possible, can you please tell me how can i fix the issue with the contact form on the homepage of this website https://loinspestandweedcontrol.com.au/ actually this contact form came with the theme and when someone fill the inforamation i get wrong information. The form is showing the name field correct always. But it does not show the service i choosed and the phone number i filled. I know my support is expired for this theme, and client will not renew it. Hi I need some help….my support has expired…...The site keeps crashing every time i try to update the theme…i have tried several ways….first was to use the purchase code in theme updater, and when i did this…the site crashed…..therefore I tried a non destructive overwrite by temp renaming the old theme file and uploading the new version of the theme files via FTP…..still crashes….can i get some help even though my support has expired ? thanks!

Now I have installed the puglin again and I have recreated the pages, but on the pagian cart I have this space that I can not remove. Can you help me?
