I bought template today, i downloaded and try to upload WP but its shows error “Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.” plz fix it!

I wrote to via support form and via direct email but you did not answer me. It’s horrible. Why did I buy a template from you then?

Hello. I am starting a new project for a construction company and would love to use your theme to complete the task. I have a few minor needs which are presently not included in the theme but I strongly believe would allow everyone to benefit from them. Besides that with your skills it would take a few minutes probably to add. I am good with PHP but let’s just say that CSS and HTML are not my strongest parts when it comes to styling and design in particular. So here are the needs/suggestions and I would love to hear about your future plans for including them: 1. I need a dropdown or something else to be used for Language switching (ideally it would be in the header section besides the working hours in the top bar and show a flag or a flag with the name and open on mouseover/click). 2. Everywhere I have an image zoom (featured work section, galleries etc.) once I click, I see the image in full/bigger size. What I would suggest having is a small space underneath the image with some image description. Having that would allow adding a description to a project or whatever is shown on the thumb preview. 3. On the Icon-Boxes allow an option to have the entire div changing its background color (reverse color or else) that would mark the text of the div and make it more readable for users. Presently you have a lot of effects on changing the animation and color of the icons but the box and text in it stays always the same color (white on black) Well, like I said – some small needs but would make me become the next buyer of your masterpiece. I had originally gave it 1 star for a serious issue, however the dev fixed it within hours and updated the template. No nmeed to fill out a ticket on some 3rd party site! Great clean look and well marked code.

I bought template some time age, great work, however customer support very poor. Author promised to help customise few bits NEXT DAY and three month and several emails with kind reminders later still no response.

Failed installation in Wordpress because of missing file style.css. Can you fix that quickly???

Template worked ok for few months and then all the sudden some things dissapeared, re-downloaded but no luck, customer servive VERY POOR!
