Hi there, A client has recently purchased your ‘Neveda’ theme and when we try to install the demo content to get the website looking like the theme, it throws up a ‘403 error’ and fails to implement the demo content. I have noticed that the WooCommerce files and WPBakery plugin appear to be out of date. Can you please help with this? Many thanks, Tyler

We have an issue with the import demo, it takes too much time for importing the data and it generates some error.

Yo, first of all, It’s an awesome theme thumbs up But as i understand, a lot of people have problems about the demo import. I suggest to come with a solution about this instead of telling all the people to submit tickets all the time. And i think you guys should update the documentation files once and a while. Btw, i get stuck on 40%.. Peace

I’m Pretty disappointed with this theme to be perfectly honest. I’ve been playing with it for a few days now trying to get it set up how I want it for my site and I’ve noticed a number of issues: 1. The blog category pages don’t always load correctly, causing the images to sit on top of each other (overlapping) tried this in a number of browsers all showing the same issue. 2. When the blog category page does load correctly (or seem to) scrolling to the bottom shows the last few blog post tiles being cut off by the footer. 3. There is no support for utilising the featured image of a blog post as the image that displays behind the title. 4. You have two options for blog category page titles and those are: a) The same background image for all categories. b) No category title at all! 5. The number of plugins required to run this theme is insane. Feels very much like many use cases have not been considered, or captured As a result I feel like I have wasted my money and a lot of time on this theme

My site crashed and I had to reinstall everything all over again. But now like before, sample data installation doesn’t work, stop at 40% like always. Import sample data doesn’t work, getting a request failed error 404 code. And manual import fails. And I haven’t done anything to my server since last time I installed it and everything actually went well the last time after several installations. It’s a little strange for me that you still sell this theme when it’s not functional like you say it should be. What is the problem since you can’t fix these things?
