Installed theme… trying to do demo import… getting “No avairiable package for installing sample demos.” Seems the demo import does not work. Please advise

Hi, I bought the theme. But I could not configure the demo with the images and the slide demo. I have made the import but not at all. What should I do to have the demo completely? In the sample folder, the slider demo is not found. Greetings.

At the moment, you have 3 blocks…for boys, for girls and shop neutral. I want to have 5 blocks….for boys, for girls, for men, for ladies and outerwear. Would this be possible?

Theme Version: Happy Child 4.3 Wordpress Version: 5.2.3 Site: https://www.perthsinhalaschool.org.au/ Issue: I assume that with a Wordpress security update our sites Visual Composer broke. When you go to edit a page it just hangs loading. We have purchased the Happy Child latest plugin and still having difficulty updating. https://themeforest.net/item/happychild-multi-store-responsive-wordpress-theme/19137227 What we have done to update. - We have updated the theme – Front end broke - We tried to update the visulal composer plugin on directory plugins\js_composer but the new plugin name and the folder is \kingcomposer (this was directly from teh downloaded theme .zip file). After updating the site was not working at all. We do not want to re-build as reasonable amount of work had gone to build the site. Appreciate your assistance to udpate the make the site functional again. Thanks

Hi I am trying to install your theme happychild and was wanting it too look like the demo I have tried everything I can think of but cant seem to get it to work any help on getting it to look like the demo then I can go from there. many thanks James

Can’t install demo content normally. It’s not my first WordPress theme, but it’s the most difficult. The links in xml file are broken and can’t load demo content.

Hi Support I’ve having problems with the Shopping Cart drop down from the menu. The checkout button doesn’t work on Android or IOS devices but works fine on a PC. I have disabled all plugins and still not working. Is there anything else that I can try or code to make the checkout button work? Note: When the button is pressed it just removes the menu drop down box and then nothing happens. Thanks
