Was having issue with importing dummy data (as it seems to be not working). Tried accessing your support page, but it seems to be down(giving blank page). Then went to your main website, but there also its empty (just the logo and subscribe button). No email to contact or anything! I have sent a message through ThemeForest’s message option. Please assist. It’s urgent!

I just updated the theme and it asked me to update Redux, which we did.. And now we’re getting errors throughout the theme. Can you please contact Redux or look into this? I believe it’s built into the theme and required to run, but we don’t have a license for it. Please take a look and let us know what to do about this. We need to edit the widgets and the theme is broken right now. Regardless of our support being expired, this isn’t a support issue, it’s a theme issue and it needs to be corrected for everyone. I’m not purchasing more support, I don’t need support, I need a theme working theme because that’s what we paid for.

Hi Ellethemes, After the update, the revolution slider problem is solved but now the codeless framework plugin is giving issues. When I am trying to click on customize page for the theme, the site goes down and the customize page doesn’t load. But apparently, the revolution slider is not working because it requires a newer version of the plugin. The support page is also unreachable. Can you please urgently look into the issue?

Dear Elle themes, I have a question about “the simple” theme. Since the new PHP versions 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1 are the only ones usable (used 7.3 before) the website doesn’t function properly anymore. I discovered what the problem is. It’s the plugin Elle Framework. I have disabled all plugins with no difference, only when i disable the Elle Framework is works fine. What can i do about this? Note: with PHP version 7.3 everything worked fine. Hi, the theme is not updated properly, and many images are going to default, So my images are not loading. The Portfolio main page is not working and the portfolio pages with proper URLS, full pages are gone. Can you please look into as Support. It’s the Kade M one, you already have my details.
