Hello
I liked your template and am interested in buying it, and I will make my site in both Arabic and English, so before buying this template I want to make sure that the (RTL) feature is supported. I didn't see it in this template, will you add it soon?
Or if I add it myself, will it affect the appearance of the template and cause problems with it?
As for the version of WordPress, are you going to update a new template to work with the latest version of WordPress?

Hello. I have just bought your theme. I am trying to import demo content, but after clicking “import” and “ok” on notification “Are you sure, you want to import Demo Data now?” nothing happens. A have activated all plugins.

Hello. we have a problem with property lightbox. On the page for single product by clicking on product image it doesn’t appear like pop-up/lightbox. Every single image opens in new URL and ‘display’ in product/settings in woocommerce doesn’t appear, so we can’t change property for image size and check lightbox.

Hi there!
I’m trying to update the theme but I’m facing a fatal error: Call to undefined function cozy_edge_get_separator_html() in /wp-content/themes/cozy/includes/sidebar/sidebar.php
I’ve already seen other comments with same issue and I followed the steps in the guide but the nothing change(updating with envato plugin or via ftp) I still get the error.
How can I solve?

Hi, I have a pre sale question, is it possible to have icons associated with each project category so that on this page https://cozy.qodeinteractive.com/standard-2-columns-grid/ it show´s the project name and the icon of the category (instead on the category name)?

Greetings gentlemen of the Cozy theme – Interior Design Theme.
I am writing to you about this fabulous item that I bought more than a year ago, and today that I wanted to update or add items to the portfolio, it will not let me upload the thumbnail photo or the featured photo. Moreover, it does not allow to display the configuration options.
I use version 5.5.1 wordpress, WPBakery Page Builder Versión 5.5.2
Is this the problem, how can you help fix this or guide me.

Hello, It’s a urgent issue for me and i hope you can help to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately portfolio gallery’s filtering links doesn’t work. I can see the link correctly but when i click on it, it doesn’t filter the items.
The second thing is not as urgent as other issue but wpbakery has released a new version and you need to update it via theme for customers.

I consult them.
Is there a way to display related items / products in the portfolio?
Raise products on the website with portfolio not with woocomerce.
Or any puglins or wiget that suggest me and allow this?

We’ve been using your theme for a while, and had few issues.
We tried updating to the newer version earlier today, but got the following fatal error: Call to undefined function cozy_edge_get_separator_html() in /wp-content/themes/cozy/includes/sidebar/sidebar.php. Do you have any idea what might be the issue?

Hi,
I am trying to update the theme but it didn’t worked. So, I removed the old COZY theme and uploaded Cozy and Cozy Child theme via FTP. Now when I am trying to activate the theme, I am getting following error.
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Please let me know if your theme is compatible with latest Wordpress and Woocommerce version.
