Hi,
Does this theme allow users to create support tickets? I’m looking for this functionality but so far I only found this one https://themeforest.net/item/ticketlab-ticketing-support-knowledge-base-wordpress-theme/19596471 and I wanted to be well informed before choosing a first theme for my wordpress site.

Will be possible to add option to change logo position in header? Or what and where i need to modify in CSS to get it to the right? Thanks for help.
