After updating wordpress, I can’t change anything in the theme options, all of the options in “Dental Options” are disabled!

Unfortunately, importing the demo doesn’t work. I checked with my hosting support and all requirements are met (php config, limit, dns…). I wrote to the support sending all ftp / wp data but no reply at today. It’s a big problem for me. How can this be solved?

Hi, as you mentioned in the theme introduction, the WPML plugin did not come with the package. I also installed the Polylang plugin, but the site opens as a white page in the 2nd language. Could you help?

This theme is not as user friendly as it seems nor is the support team very helpful. I’ve been in messages back and forth and have not gotten any help. 1) I was making edits to my home page and am not able to because the Front end editor view and the preview look different so I am unable to know what to change since even when I update the changes it does not mirror the published version of the page. 2) I don’t know code and am unable to edit the footer of the website. It is not simple and straightforward. 3) to edit the procedures page there is no direction and seems to be mainly code specific. Overall very confusing. When edit the “procedure’s list” component and type in the name of a new service it automatically places a bucket for 6 predetermined buckets.

i couldn find wpml plugin in the downloaded files among mnay others mentioned in theme page here. isn’t wpml a premium plugin?

Hello, When I updated the theme and Wordpress to the latest version, Backend editor button (in WPBakery) stopped working (when I click Backend editor it shows nothing but classic editor shows all the code and everything on the page), is there a combability issue?
