I couldn’t install the plugin.
This is the giving error:

Download failed. The specified URL is invalid.
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Nano Core Plugin is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

I’ve tried contacting you via your helpdesk site, I get an error when posting a ticket. Every other link to support is ‘not available’..

Hi authors,
I was wondering if you have a theme update planned at short terms? It’s been a while now and WP Bakery has updated to 5.6.
Furthermore, my logo is not visible (anymore) so I changed it to text. The search button is gone as well. It’s like it does not show images in the header anymore (maybe I messed that up myself though lol, but I guess an update would fix that).
And btw: the YouTube video’s don’t really work responsive either unfortunately. I think I every mentioned that before.

I also bought your theme and I’m experiencing the same errors like some others before where I can’t install the Plugins due to following error:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of Nano Core Plugin is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
and this:
Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Visual Compose is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.
I already HAVE send you an email with all the information. Support Ticket and Homepage don’t work. This comment is just for “documentation issues” and I’m hoping to hear from you soon Thanks!

I ve purchased the theme 2 years ago. Today I ve decided to use it, tried to upload but it doenst installs.It gives the error style.css is missing and my support expired.so what now?
