I bought this theme but despite all the information, it doesn’t include the PSD layered files as mentioned. Is it something missing?

Hello,
Next we have the problem with the error:
“Notice: Undefined variable: _REQUEST in /var/www/virtual/xxxxx.ro/htdocs/system/library/request.php on line 26”
It’s a bug in the theme!!!
We have at least 30 OpenCart stores on the server that have no problems.
If we make the solution:
“I solved this. I simply went into the files (listed on the first 2 lines on my list of errors), found the line, and removed the $ _ and retyped it in. I then saved the file and it was fixed. Something about the $ on those lines was causing an issue. ”
It disappears, and after a period it appears again.
THIS IS NOT A SERVER PROBLEM, it is something wrong in the code, and we do not realize that, as long as with other opencart the same version we have no problems.
I paid the $ 50 settlement and it still doesn’t work out.
What are we doing?

It was the gnder that I bought and installed, and they could not solve the problem that I conveyed to the support teams.
They have not responded to the ticket I opened to support systems for 5 days.
I regret that I bought the theme.

Probably, there is some issues with demo.templatetrip.com service. All templates are so slow and most of them ain’t working at all. Please fix that problem, cuz your buyers have troubles with viewing demos of your items. Thank you

I have installed your theme on the latest Opencart version. Unfortunately there is major problem with your tt-product-tab extension view file. Content of tt_product_tab.twig file from template/extension/module folder have a wrong construction so the products tabs are displayed incorrectly on the Home Page of my store. The HTML view of module is completely destroyed. Any help?
PS. Yes, i choose version od theme for 3.0.x version of Opencart
