Hi I bought your Upshot theme and header image won’t change. Also the header bar and footer can’t be changed. The footer is not really a drag and drop. I’m not able to create a ticket, says the code has expired. But this problem has existed since I first made the purchase.

Hello, i updated wordpress to version 5.2 and i need to update visual composer plugin. It is asking to activate the plugin using product license. Can you please advise how to update it since this plugin is within the theme.

Hi There,
I am having issues installing this theme on GoDaddy. It seems to constantly hang and freeze during the installation needing a reset of the entire site as the site admin and any pages become not accessible. Could you please let me know if this has been an issue in the past and if I should keep trying.

Good morning,
I have to add the social media icons to my Upshot website, and I would like to add in particular the Linkedin Icon in the HEADER, after the menu items. Is there an option to do this with your theme? Usually the Wordpress themes have these option but here I can’t find it.

Already purchased, but support is over, wondering if the updated version has a menu on mobile that expands like an accordion with the dropdown items hidden until the parent item is clicked? The menu is much too long without. Thanks!

Hi, I’ve had this theme for a while now and had no problems, however now the VC composer HGR extender keeps breaking my site! anyone else struggling with this? I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled from the updated version and it just kills it. something about line 10??

I purchased the theme but can’t edit the pages because apparently Visual Composer is not working. The visual composer is not working, when I try to activate it using my purchase code, it takes hours just loading. It is now more than 2 weeks since I purchased the theme.

I am having an issue with the anchor links getting stuck on mobile android phones. It scrolls to the anchor link and pauses. I saw there were some concerns about 10 months ago, has there been a fix for this yet? The site I am referring to is http://rotationalmedia.com/. Please advise.

Nice theme tough I have a problem. Trying to place a video background and altough in the products review it says you can place a Youtube and Vimeo link I only see the option for Youtube. Worthless because Youtube leaves a watermark of Youtube. How can I link a Vimeo video? I downloaded another plugin and when I activate it I get a white page of death. Upshot should have a possibility to place a Vimeo link to.
