Dear staff, I have recently bought a theme named “Livo” from you guys. After configuring my website, I realized some issues I have not been able to solve myself. By accessing my website (www.neuhausarquitetos.com) using a mobile device (tablet or cellphone) the main menu does not appear on the screen. I believe the reason is that this menu (defined by three horizontal bars) are set to white color. However, when I click on the top right of the main page (Home) it shows the menu in black. The problem is that if a person is entering the site for the first time using a mobile device and does not know that the menu is “hidden” there in white, s/he will not be able to access all the website pages. So, how do I alter the color to make it show up on the screen upfront? I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi, I have tried to update my theme several times and I get the “There has been a critical error on your website.” when I activate the updated theme. I am an experienced developer and have run into this issue before many times and the solution has always been to activate the twenty-twenty theme, disable all the plugins and then install the update with the old theme folder name being changed such that the new theme is named the same thing. However, with this theme, I am not getting a successful result even when following these rules. I have even tried uploading the theme manually via FTP and also the backend of Wordpress. I am wanting to update the theme because the project filter is no longer working for some reason: https://thujaarchitecture.ca/projects/ Please can you suggest a fix for both updating the theme and the project filter not working? Hi. Is it possible to force the menu to always be horizontal (instead of burger menu on some pages) as shown on some of the home pages?

Installation of the wordpress theme Livo works. But when i activate it, I get a critical error. I tried different versions of Wordpress who are capable with this theme so it should work.. Can you please tell me how to solve this issue? Because I can’t seem to figure it out. I never had this problem before when activating a wordpress theme.

Where do i find the sliders that i can use for the website? Do i have to download through slider revolution?

Hey, great theme. I just got one question regarding the masonry grid in the portfolio page. After the first 6 posts or so, it doesn’t change the size of the pictures anymore and starts to look like a normal grid with only small images. Is there any way I can change the size of the images if it doesn’t happen automatically?

I am also getting a critical error when I upgrade to version 2.0. I get this with other websites and themes but I have learned to deactivate all the plugins first, update the theme core plugins and then reactivate. But it seems there are no updates required on the theme core plugins. The reason I am trying to update my theme is because my client has noticed the sandwich navigation / mobile navigation icon not working and I need this to work ASAP.
