access to your ticket portal. not to this shopping portal. I tried to recover the password, with the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? method. but it also does not recognize my email for recovery. Sorry to use this forum for this, I have no other option.

Hello we have an issue with the theme not showing the WPBakery Page Builder button in the backend. We have disabled other plugins to see if there was an issue but issue still seems to be there. Our PHP, wordpress, plugins, and theme are all up to date. Please advise
