when a review and theme update? I have been using it for a long time, sometimes the menus do not respond for seconds

I wanted to ask a question, but I cannot use the ticket system because even though I purchased Robust Admin, it’s not one of the choices for product in the support system. I tried using my purchase code with a “similar product” but it doesn’t work of course because Robust Admin isn’t there in the list. So apparently, there’s no support? I just purchase it in the last week.

Last update was in 2018. 2018 is a long time ago in development. Is there an updated version, please? Or it is still good to go?
