This Author is not responding to tickets. also the there ticket system is not secure it ask you to share your purchase code but everyone can see the tickets and can use that code. Now my code has been used with someone else.
I there any way to return money back.

Doesn't work right with WooCommerce anymore. The page builder is long out of date. Seems ridiculous to buy something and then not even get a year's worth of use.

the theme is not working + you can’t get any answer form their ticket system.
unable to edit your homepage via Elementor & unable to skip preloader; you just see a loading page, that’s all.
they are nothing but thieves.

I definitely don’t think they have a healthy support system. There was an error in the theme installation and I used the license code. It asks me to buy a new license code even though I deleted it and reinstalled it in the same location because I got an error. This is utterly ridiculous and unfair. It does not respond to the ticket I opened.:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
