is it possible to get a refund for this theme? we’ve only had it a few days and we have yet to be able to access the customize screen. the item support is also complicated and did not provide a login pw.

Hi. No update for the theme Cubify from last 8 to 9 months. No updated corner stone, grid or layer slider or cubify build. The theme is not providing regular updates as said while buying. I am requesting for a part or full refund as per the theme policy. I do not want to use or get updates anymore for this theme. Let me know how to proceed for the refund? Thank You.

I have a big problem. I download the theme, I install it in Wordpress, but I receive an error message.
I Upload the provided cubify.zip file (38 MB) via the WordPress Admin Panel. To do so, go to “Appearance” > “Themes” in the menu, then select the “Add new” tab at the top of the page. Once you are at this page, select “Upload theme” then “Choose File” and locate the .zip folder on your computer. After doing so, select “Install Now.”
