Hey, The “Install Demo Data” is not working correctly on my website.
I have
max_execution_time 600
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 32M
upload_max_filesize 32M
and allow_url_fopen function is enabled.
I’ve tried to install elemets one by one, but all of the elements are not installing properly

I cant find this theme in SUPPORT TICKET pull down menu So posting here. I need to remove booking management and SHOP section right now since we are not ready to lauch those features right now how do i do it ?

Hello,
In case “Demo Data” installation stuck, you can manually install it by downloading the demo.zip archive from our server:
http://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/poolservices/demo.zip
Extract folder from archive, upload it to /wp-content/themes/poolservices/ and re-import Media in Appearance> Install demo data
Also we have replied to your support ticket.

Hello,
I recently purchased this theme and have it running on a localhost via MAMP. However, I am having an issue activating the WP Bakery plugin that comes with the theme. Per the instructions I received, I have to log into my WP Bakery account and select the license I wish to activate via a drop-down. I have logged into my account but there is no such drop-down menu and they are asking me to purchase a license. I am under the impression that it is provided with the theme purchase. Could you please verify with me the steps to activating the license that is provided?
Other than this, I have not run into any problems with this theme.

Just received a notice from WordFence about the ThemeREX security vulnerabilities and issues, and after several days of fighting with this theme due to bugs and incorrect/missing plugins (not) bundled in the zip file, I would like a full refund today! I have wasted too many hours trying to figure out why this theme is not displaying correctly. And now I have over 300 macious comments, eventhough I have my (under construction) site to not accept comments yet.
