My client and I really like the design. The included demo content is a big plus for me as it makes it easy to import my own photos knowing the correct size. I also find the customer support to be quite excellent. They are patient with my 'newbie' questions. Thank you.

I can no longer see the preview of the theme. It takes me to a page that pretends to be a Flash player download, but it an unsafe extension.

Hi never had an issue or needed to contact support till now until the last week or so it would be my support has expired last week The theme is broken with the new wordpress it will not allow any options to be changed in the theme options?are we getting an update to the theme ?I see other are having issues ?

Dear Support, I have updated to the latest theme version and the website showed a white screen. I de-activated all plugins still couldnt work. I de-activated the theme and used the default WP theme everything started to work again.
I had to revert back to the old version, I am currently in version 2.0 and the visual composer is not working on the page edit.
Please advise, the website is going live by the end of this month.

I am just wondering why the “Testimonials” is broken on the home page. It dosnt slide correctly, and then the text becomes mismatched with the image. This was orignally working correctly, so I should not have to pay support for something that has since broken. Please advise.

I purchased the Alicante theme and I am having trouble using the built-in Events plugin – can you please tell me how to input the dates and times and how to sort the events chronologically or otherwise. Failing that please tell me which Events plugin with a calendar works best with the theme. – Thank you Avraham
