Support is very bad and take very long. A lot iof things are hardcoded, like the date format. I hope that they will step ut there game to provide better support.

I suddenly cannot access the theme options as i am getting a # error as below. Hello,
i am working for a client and their previous developer used your radius theme for the site.
i have discovered that a plugin “Theme Support” is causing some conflict with woocommerce (product image isnt showing, add to cart and a lot more.) i deactivated it and normalcy resumed except that certain features on the homepage started malfunctioning.
what do you advise?
