Hi there, I’m struggling to hid that sort of breadcrumb on pink background block between header and the sliders, on the homepage of my site, using your Charlotte Wordpress template. Is there a way to do it as in the demo on Themeforest, or shoud I hide it in the css of the template ?

Dany's theme is absolutely beautiful, that's for sure. However it's his excellent customer service that I am most impressed with. Hi,
I bought my licence in November, but haven’t gotten round to using it until now and I am wondering is it possible to change the size of the menu item links on the header? They are too small so I want to increase the size, but can’t find the option. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Charlotte blog the most beautiful theme for blog that i,ve found in themeforest and in others plataforms in wich i.ve searched during a long time.
The best of having bought this theme is the support. I,ve tryed different themes and i can say that the attention, amiability and incredible quickly dany's answer it's the best that i,ve know.

Hello, it is December 18, 2020, and I recently purchased your theme. I am using Elementor, however, as of this morning, it seems that your theme will not support Elementor so I cannot use it to create my pages.
Please, I strictly use Elementor and not Yellow Pencil. It has worked perfectly up until now. Is there anyway you can update the theme so we can continue to use Elementor? If not, I will be forced to ask for my money back and find a new theme.
Also, can you take your greeting off our Wordpress Dashboard? You no longer use ticksy and the constant message gets annoying.

Hello,
I purchased the theme Charlotte and have a problem.
In the header is not the correct menü but lots of page-names, that I don`t want there.
Even when I select the correct menu, those page-names don`t dissapeare.
I already deactiveted all plugings but that doesn`t change anything.

Sorry my English is not that good but I try my best: The other day I found Danys Charlotte Theme and straight felt in love with it! It was excactly what I wanted! Danys support and help is simply the best - whenever you have a question he's there to help! I am absolutely happy with this well working theme and hope I do not drive Dany crazy with all my questions, but this will only be in the beginning as I am completely new to Word Press. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Hello, since 2012, we have been using the theme “Mission – Responsive WP Theme For Charity” which has completely satisfied us. Today it is no longer compatible with the latest PHP versions and we need to do a major update on our website. Can you advise us on a theme that could replace it without major technical interventions, or having to completely redo the site from scratch? Thanks in advance.

The customer support has been AMAZING.Dany responds to my questions so quickly. He will even go in and do things for you if you're confused.Today, I needed him to do something for me on my blog, but asked if he could tell me how to do it myself in the future.He responded (quickly) with a video/screen share he made just for me showing how I could do this step by step on my blog.He goes out of his way. Plus, the theme is beautiful and Yellow Pencil makes it very easy to customize

I love this new theme by Dany! His customer support is awesome. He helped me all the way even when I am sure I became annoying ;-) I was able to delete several plugins with this new theme. Yea!
