Please can you tell me how to adjust the position of the logo from the top of the page? I’d like to move it up and have less padding above the logo. Thanks!

I liked (past tense) this theme – I’ve spent a lot of time developing a site with it – then I discover the columns are not percentages but are fixed-width (they change with screen width, but they are defined in pixels not %).
This means columns can’t be nested inside one another – i.e. you can’t be using, for example, a content-sidebar format and have a subsection of the content with two or three columns.
Also, their support page makes no mention of this HTML theme but only WordPress themes.
