I have installed the theme but it is again not same to the demo theme. I am unable to figure out this view https://prnt.sc/jt7aur. Even this same is not mentioned in documentation!!

Hello,
Make sure to check the downloaded folder > Demo Data > content.xml and with this file import it through the Tools > Import.

I thought my issue was a glitch since I’ve never had this problem with a theme from you before, but looking at the other comments, I’m not so sure anymore.
The Konsulting theme froze and wouldn’t load at all for me. Tools—Import isn’t working either. Please advise.

I’m trying to solve the problem with Google Api Key. I changed line 134 of the file wp-content/plugins/modeltheme-framework/inc/sb-google-maps-vc-addon/shortcodes.php, but it didn’t work.

The slider is fine in desktop view but in mobile view it cuts off, along with other aspects of the theme. Any help please.

And when I go through the wordpress import page and I upload the content.xml file I have a 404 page after.

hi, i too am trying to install the demo content. I’ve gone as far as uploading the content.xml file but when i click on Submit to Import Attachments, I get a 500 Internal Server Error error. Please advise.

Hello,
There is problem with the footer menu. When i add the menu to footer it replace the menu from header and start showing footer menu in header. This theme has two menu options, whatever menu I set it goes to the header only. How to fix this problem?

I downloaded this theme (May). Is is excellent. Please update the Essential Grid plugin to latest version. I am experiencing Essential Grid issues with Firefox on mobile devices. Installed version:2.1.6.1 (2017) and the new version is 2.2.5 (12th July 2018)

Great support from the author with a very fast response time. The theme is versatile and has a number of nice plug ins such as revolution slider and Essential Grid. There are also unique plug ins which help to display Team members and so on. Visual composer is also a big plus for us, being able to edit the theme easily on the front and back end. Thanks for this theme, we really enjoy it.

Dear ModelTheme. You need to update your documentation and way how you delivering photos for demo content..
First – I couldn’t import the demo by Theme Options -> Demo Importer. Import stuck on 0% for long time.
Then I tried way you explained in support old messages:
Tools -> Import -> Wordpress Import – generates errors about not downloaded images. Website looks bad.

So website is still awful. I’m waiting for update.

I downloaded this theme for May’s free file of the month, and I’m having an issue with wpbakery page builder. The below error occurred and wpbakery page builder is not working.
Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer version of wpbakery page builder.
I believe the theme needs to be updated which is compatible to version of WPBakery Page Builder. Please let me know how to update theme.
