Hello. I attempted the recent theme update and it broke the accordion/FAQ (would no longer expand) and there was some other display issues —parallax not centering content, margin issues, etc. The issue was not related to visual composer (I have v.6.5 in place) and the site displays fine so long as I don’t update your theme.

I’m trying to change the phone information in the header from your default information. When i add a shortcode in Roof Options-header->design and add the shortcode it isn’t updating. Is there somewhere else this needs updated?

Hello. I don’t expect the issue I’m having is due to your theme, but in case you know a fix, I wanted to ask. I’m using “Float Menu Lite” to add icons navigation to the sidebar. This worked perfectly until recently. There appears to be a conflict with the font awesome icon library since both use it, yet the plugin is using an apparent “free” version. Any help is appreciated. As an old ThemeForest Elite Author (Of course not this account), I've worked with so many themes but each time I purchase a theme, I say to myself that Ah... My items were so much better and easier than this one. But finally, I've found this Roof theme by VictorThemes which is really great! Hi, Ive tried adding my own logo. For example I upload a PNG sized ​201 by 84, but the site reduces it to 53 by 25 pixels. I tried to do a support ticket but the drop down list for choice of theme does not populate. I logged in and authorised Envato . What am I doing wrong? Thanks

We have issue of Slider Carousel Crash, also, the same could be seen on themeforest demo site…Trying to get the support from VictorThemes asking for timeframe to address the issue, so far got the answer “Our developers are not available right now”. Guys, can you please tell me when you finally fix it???
