Hello, I have some questions: 1. In product details page, the product photo thumbnails are displaying at the bottom of the main/big image. Can I configure in the admin to display on the left side of the image? 2. In the product detail page, can i increase the size of the main image and also increase the size of the big image when zoomed? I would then want to adjust the space used by the large product image so it will take up at least the half of the content width.

Lovely looking template, but was confusing to install; documentation was lacking, several items don't appear to work as they should; email sent requesting support, but received no response from developer. Overall, very disappointed, and was a waste of my time and funds.

Hello, The shopping cart is not updating when you add an article, remove or modify it. We just bought and installed the quickstart layout01 of the ByHands template for Joomla in a local Wamp 3.2 server running in a really decent Windows 10 desktop. We didin’t change anything from the default installation. The search bar extension is working. Straight away we noticed that the navbar is not fixed like the demo and that problem with the shopping cart. There are no errors in the Chrome console. We ticked-out the read-only and gave total control to the users on the local files. Even updating VirtueMart does not solve the problem since the extension was developed by you. We hope this can be solved quickly since we need to start introducing content to the website as soon as posible. Thanks in advance.

Hi. It may because your database has already data. If you use quickstart package to install, your database need be empty. So please clear your database before install package.

Hello, I have installed multi-language using your template. When adding reviews and rating on the product in “EN” english site there is no problem. But when adding reviews on “FR” French it shows this error “0 – Cannot use object of type stdClass as array” and a button beside it that says “BACK TO HOMEPAGE”. I check back the product that I have added review and it was properly save. Can you please help to fix the error thrown when adding review in FR language?
