Hi! We availed from you a 6 months support extension for the theme called Paralbag that is used for BigCommerce platform. We also tried contacting you through your contact form here(https://themeforest.net/user/kalathemes#contact) but didn’t get a reply from you. In the Support Center page there is no support for the BigCommerce platform, are you still handling theme updates and is the support for BigCommerce still a thing? If the service is no longer available we would like to ask a refund because the only reason why we avail this service is because of the BigCommerce platform and the name of the theme in product page is actually ‘Paralbag – Parallax BigCommerce Bag Store Theme’ so it’s technically misleading. I’m looking to purchase this theme, but I have 2 questions. For the What’s Special banner, can the paintbrush graphic behind the heading text be removed or changed to match my blue color theme? Also, can I change out the image behind the Free Shipping & Return Block? These cream colors will not match my shop’s theme.

Hi, I purchased this theme but it wont upload in Big commerce.. is there a fault with this theme. Big commerce say that there must be a fault because it should upload no problem…but it is not.. Please help or I will unfortunately have to have a refund. thanks

Hey – I am about to purchase this theme and was wondering if it comes with a PSD files? I am looking to make a few customizations and remove 1 or 2 elements such as 3 image tiles instead of 6 underneath best sellers of demo 3. The PSD will also allow me to create exact match assets for my developers to just put into place once they have uploaded. I hope it does come with PSD. Cheers. Steven
