Is theme has inbuilt cache feature? As the my current has tooks much to reflect on site after updating a page. And some design even didn’t change after updating the css site URL www.projectricky.com

Please advise:
1. Is there peer to peer fundraising? Not the Ambassadors plugin because a donor should be able to fund raise for a cause / project and it should be easy via A) facebook login Everything pre populated C) Spread the word wizard
2. Are there automated emails going out to donors? Can they be customized?
3. Can the backers tab be hidden?
4. Can there be campaigns where goals are hidden?
5. Can the funds raised bar be hidden?
