Hey there, After receiving an ‘update available’ notification we updated the theme today but despite what’s stated in the FAQ about updating the theme (>>’All settings in Customize panel and your content will be preserved.”) all customization were gone after the update…
We managed to back it up to the old version for now but isn’t it supposed to keep all customization safe as explained in the manual please ?

Hey guys, I think the theme initially came with Woosidebars plugin and I noticed a recent update (1.2.0) introduced Sidebar Manager: Can we safely delete Woosidebars plugin then ?
Same goes for Soundcloud plugin and BT demo importer which are still requested through the Wordpress interface even tho Soundcloud plugin seems abandonned and we don’t need Demo importer plugin anymore.. Thanks !

this is a fantastic website and I get lots of compliments. their customer service is awesome and helpful and responsive too. It loads super fast on a desktop but is much slower on a mobile device and some of the layout doesn't look great on a phone. That is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, an amazing website template!
