I’m sorry one week and no reply either on ticket or here is just bad service, the demo content breaks the site. I have not even spent 30 mins on the design project for client.

I reached out for support on this theme and was told the directions are in the files, but could not find them. When I reached out for support again, I said I couldn't find them and got no reply... Then I asked about customization of the header, since I see no area to change the icons or remove the breadcrumb trail, and was told that these minor changes are customization and will need to hire a developer. The theme is not as editable as it is described, and customer service is sub par.

I must say, i really like this theme but its little hard to make edits to the theme, Like making changes to language in the theme and yes you guys need to work on your response to support tickets and try to understad your customers and give them the help they need. Maybe try google translate next time :)

Great theme and been using it for a year now, Will this theme get update? Wordpress have made alot of changes since 6 June 18.
