Purchased and installed, however, slider issues persisted. Used Yellow Pencil plugin, The same image showed up on the slider, overlapping and making a wide space on the left side. Tried to delete but still part of the theme appears. Helpless situation. Installed other theme but yet the issues from this theme persisting. Help.

Hi there,
When I add a post to go under my blog it shows under the blog posts page but when you click on it to read the whole thing it is just plain blank. I have read the theme framework document and followed post instructions but still not showing the post content or images when click on. Please help!

I can't seem to change the header logo to my clients company logo. Every time I change it and save it, it goes back to the Madison logo. How can I get help with this?

have sent this developer more than a few messages asking about the problems with this theme. it will now allow me to upload via wordpress or SFTP. Have nto received any feedback to any tickets i have opened.

Demo is good, but product is buggy... can not install (export) like demo, long support response time. For the size of a theme framework is too large, the total theme size is 336 MB. Difficult to use, and little guidance documentation. I hope the developer improves the support response time. And make the theme easier to use.Thanks.

Extremely difficult to customize for an average wordpress user. Can't easily remove or add to page layouts, and none of my blog posts open due to theme settings (which I cannot figure out due to poor theme documentation, no reply to my comment/support).Otherwise, very beautiful theme and wish it was more user friendly as I love the design!

I purchased your “Madison” template, but unfortunately, it is not compatible with the new Wordpress version. Your update to this design was made too long ago, and it was not communicated clearly. It would be polite not to keep outdated products in your store. Accordingly, as your Madison design can’t be used because of the tehnical flaws, please return me my money.
