It's a well designed theme, shame that there is a lack of customer support. After reading other reviews and comments I see that my situation is not unique. The responsive design doesn't translate well to mobile devices. I have struggled with several of the other theme features that simply don't work. The documentation isn't very robust, not a whole lot of information; It's also disjointed and hard to follow. When I've reached out for help, I've either received no response or received a generic reply days later. I've purchased many themes via TF, historically I've had excellent luck with customer support - often received same day response. I wish I had done more research before committing to this theme. The quality of the theme really does come down to customer support. Over the years, I'd come to trust the level of quality with Themeforest themes and have always purchased with confidence, knowing the high standards TF holds. However, after this experience, I'll be less enthusiastic and more diligent in research before purchasing. And if the theme's author happens to see this post - PLEASE help! Restore my confidence!
