Hi. So, I purchased the Hostino theme. I then realized that when I put it into WordPress that it wasn’t what I thought it would be. It doesn’t have all of the editing things. I don’t have what is in the demo. I would like a refund because I spent $61 on something that was not what I received so I can buy another theme that actually has what I wanted. I am very saddened and disappointed. I want a refund immediately. I will delete the file if I get my money back!!!!!!

I purchased Hostino theme for my new hosting project. WE are facing several issues . First and foremost is pricing tables. Pricing tables are having 11 rows to list product features but we want to list just 6 or 7 features We are unable to find way to reduce down number of rows Can you please let us know how to do this.

Hallo, I have problems with inporting the demo data. I followed the steps as given in the documentation. WordPress import file : Please go to wp admin >> tools >> import >> click WordPress. Then install recommended plugin and import dummy_contnent >> data_export >> sample_data.xml file. I have no sample_data.xml file in the directory. The only files I have are; Content.xml Theme_options.txt WHMCS.zip widgets.json Please help me out

LOADS of bugs. The author replies after 2 days and his English is not even understandable. Stay away.....

I would not suggest this theme, although having visual composer it is very limited within this (you can only use the custom elements it seems, most VC options don't work), as well as Contact Form 7 being listed in features but after contacting support discovering that it has no styling at all and even worse would style it for me at an added cost.on top of this the basic function of fonts generic to the theme does not work at all, all icons for buttons and other elements do not load as icons but rather a separate incorrect font.After bringing these issues up with support and mentioning that Contact Form 7 is listed in features so why isn't it styled, they have gone silent. I have attempted to follow up with no reply.Even worse, this being a WHMCS integrated theme, it seems even weirder that the domain search doesn't even work and connect into this on WHMCS, I had to manually go in and change this (with no documentation to assist this, so could be a major pain for someone who may be a code novice).If you're looking to use this theme and do not have many code skills, Id stay away.

I am interested in purchasing this theme, but the ‘Live Preview’ of the theme seems incomplete; which makes me wonder if the lack of content and functionality is due to the themes development or if the demo is not completely setup. I would really like to be able to access the WHMCS Template in the demo, because there aren’t any screenshots or previews from what I seen; and that is the most important part of the theme for me.
