I would like to buy this theme. My question is, what is about updating the theme? Does it work automatically? Or it should be replaced manually via FTP? Do you offer child theme?

So many settings through the visual composer plugin don't work. There are no default spacings between rows/columns. And a good half of the settings such as aligning the seperator to the middle, adding padding to columns etc etc dont work!

I don't think there is anything bad that I can say about this theme, but even more so about the support they provide. 5 Stars for sure!

I ran into many issues when attempting to set up your theme.I already removed all of the insecure files. However, one files was a textured background that was linked to your remote server. Again, I don't understand why a key design asset such as a textured background would be linked to your remote server. In the future, I would recommend you not link files to a remote server, but instead keep them local to the theme (as are most of the images).HeaderI also ran into issues with header. I have a logo with a height property that is taller than the sample logo. When I put my logo on the theme, the header did not adjust properly to accommodate. Further, when I removed the email address from the phone number section on the header, the formatting was messed up (other customers asked about this in the comments section). I had to add non-breaking spaces to fix the formatting. Again, I would not expect to put this much time into a premium theme.jQuery MixItUp pluginThis plugin is on the home page of the theme. I was hoping to be able to add my own images/data, but there is no documentation on how to modify this. Where are the instructions for this widget? Currently, it is misleading and useless because the customer cannot easily modify it.Regarding the rating, I will adjust it, but I do not think the theme is 5 star quality. Thanks.

Great customer support. I have quite basic knowledge of website building, so when I ran into a problem loading the Finance Pro they stepped in and got it all sorted for me very quickly.
