Life happens and there was an issue with the package I downloaded. The issue (I think) was caused by a WordPress update, which meant parts of the theme needed to be updated too.
I reached out for support and it was professionally delivered. The site is up and running and I'm happy with the purchase. Very happy.

I am a new administrator of a site that I inherited after the previous administrator abandoned the customer.
There is a staff listing page where I have added new staff members. I have noticed that there is an order field, but the members are not listed in that order. The are listed in reverse published date order, i.e. the latest added one is listed first and the last in the list is the first added member. This forces me to fiddle with published dates in order to have the wanted order. Where is a setting that I can make it list the members by that order field?

Hi. Great theme.
Could you help us with:
1. How to change predefined URL for Courses or Stuff etc. We wanna change that for other language.
2. How to change appearance of blog posts, so we have only big first letter in sentence or tittle. Now, for example, on home page, trough Essential grid, display for titles and excerpt big first letter for every word. We wanna to change so only first letter of tittle or sentence to be big.

Love this theme, could be 5 Star if we had the possibility to change some basic text without having to dig into the default Plugin (Enfant Plugin) each time an update is made. Otherwise really nice and great support!

Fabulous theme. I work with wordpress designs on daily basis and this fluently working one I never had. It is beautifuly done job, very stylish design. There are several reasons for my rating. The first being that it's a nice looking theme. It does use WPBakery though which took me a bit to learn, but once learned, realized it gives quite a bit of flexibility. The only downside are the plugin updates that came with the theme. You have to wait for a theme update in order to update them and the update is done through ftp only (you can't do an auto update). However, Lucien was extremely helpful and responsive, so I got through it. He helped with a number of questions as well. Happy with his support.

The support that Lucian provides for this theme is exceptional. This is the first WordPress web site I have built, and Lucian has always been very responsive to my newbie questions, most often replying within minutes with helpful information and no run around. I have no words to describe how thankful I am. This theme is very easy to use and customize and customer support is very friendly and quickly. Also, It is very well structured and Google friendly. Not good while talking to customer care. I rated 5* previously. But when the plugin updates come they're not willing to provide the update easily also they talk like bosses like they know when to update and so on.. this is the thing i didn't like for which I'd to remove 1* from their product.
