They say the documentation is excellent, let me tell you its not. I've been waiting on a very simple support issue for over a week, with no response. I just wanted to know how to change the Google Maps Widget in the contacts page, which may seem trivial but its not apparently. Just too difficult to customize.

I am sorry to say, but I have to give you a big warning before buying this template!I bought this template with many assurances from author, that everything will work fine and that he will provide support.So let me say, why I highly do not recommend buying this template or cooperation with Dorado:- Installation instructions are chaotical. After I finaly get template to work, it behave differently and with not every functionality, the demo showed.- Code is partiarly good, but on many places a big mass. But what is worse - code does not respect some internal prestaproceses, so often you get data, that are not relevant to the content.- Code is not finished and debugged for all situations/views/proceses - many mistakes in JS, AJAX, CSS and HTML occured during making template to get work.- Design - Some parts are even completly ignored and not finished with designing. On many places design is inconsistent.- JS and CSS are heavy and not optimized and many stuff is solved by JS tricks instead of rewriting to TPL/CSS.- Support is terrible. Contact person was partiarly willing to help, but for any response it was about day for answer (mostly with question who am I, or to send fourth time FTP access). So finaly you get to the answer or some partial solution in couple of days. That was completly useless for development. On the end support simply started to ignore my bug reports.- Some critical functionalities are simply ignored and that ignorance is granted by author - for example newsletter subscription is missing return notification (about success / unsubscribe etc.) and author refuses to finish it.- Many translation strings were missing and content was simply hard coded. Many translations were non-functional and I had to rewrite them.- Options of sliders are very poor - unluckly I realy believed, that it will ne revolution slider.I would write much more, but reached limit of review.
