Weak, very complicated options, several errors in the header, very slow to work it, visual composer with few options .... I do not recommend it

Hi Support, it high time you don’t reply to ticket. why is only when i put comment over here then only you reply on ticket.
I don’t have that much patience to wait for you response in ticket, this is very unprofessional which is not acceptable.
it seems you are not technically sound, every thing is download be it theme or plugin from other server, only from your server it is not downloadable.i have given FTP , WP admin detail.
I want to initiate refund as i am not able to use your theme.

I just bought the Nashville theme from Envato. I imported the demo content, it works, now I want to import the slider revolution demo. In your documentation, it says:
“The file for import is attached with this documentation folder named as “Extras > Sliders” and file name will be “slider_one.zip” or “slider1.zip”.”
.. but I don’t have this “extra folder” in the full source package provided.
Please help me, I’m stucked for the moment :/
