Hi, this template have problem with bootstrap offset-. I think it because you use Bootstrap v4.0.0-beta in it. Look at https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/commit/fd8c052c67a0ac3682a4191d0b826ce6c001581f#diff-c5c8721c93f4a635309debe19c7196f4 and https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/23360. Do you have instructions on how to rebuild the template with the latest bootstrap v4.0.0?
