We purchased the template and send 2 e-mails to install de demo data. We still have no respond on both e-mails. Can you let us know if the support is still working, otherwise we will file a complaint and want our money back. Hope to see a reaction soon.

awful plugin, could not get the demo content to load. Poorly built theme. Layout looks great, but can't do a thing with it because it will not load in demo content

Hi there! Fantastic template, we are very happy with it. We are using it for a personal profile of a person, and we have a problem with the size of the main logo (we need it to be larger), and with the portfolio images seen in the house (we need them to be smaller).
Is there a way to modify this?

Hi, great theme. I have cant get the support ticket system working, Getting a 403 Forbidden error. I have sent an email for support but have heard nothing back yet.
I have 2 issue & 1 general inquiry:
Problem 01: On my iphone 7 my surname’s last letter is chopped off and sits apart from the rest of my name.
Problem 02: The link buttons don’t work on my iphone when pressing the portfolio images.
General inquiry: How to I change the times roman font at the footer “facebook, twitter, linkedIn” to something more in line with the rest of the theme.

I need to add a link to portfolio items. so this site (http://wp.regaltheme.com/mim/) i have checked to click the portfolio item. it has link for portfolio item. but i have add link under the Portfolio Type>External Link. but doesn’t work it like this site portfolio http://wp.regaltheme.com/mim/. how to solve this problem.

I have been a happy user of this theme on my website (www.businesstransformation.dk). It has worked great for 2 years, but I believe that the them needs an upgrade. Some of the visual elements (skill sliders) are not working, and other elements have dissapeared (e.g. Testimonials). Does anyone know how to get in touch with the developer? I would be happy to hire someone to fix this theme, but would prefer an official update.

In the portfolio itens it is not working as the demo. When I click on an image is not directing to the page with the details about the work select. Also, nothing happens if I added an external link. How to solve the problem? Thank you

Loading screen never leaves. Not sure what is wrong, but the loading screen in all black with the word Mim never goes away, so I am never able to see the content under it. How do I fix this?

Thus far, customer support has been terrible. I've posted requests on this site: no response.I've tried to register through Regal Theme's support ticket site but gotten no email asking me to confirm my email address, so I can't complete the registration.And I've tried to submit a ticket as a Guest User. Result: Error 404.I've also sent two emails directly to the company and gotten exactly 0 responses.I'm happy to change my rating, if the company ever gets back to me.

Had the same issue as “kshaneclose” with the loading screen issue, I turned it off and the page loads normally now, but wish the loading screen function still worked. Do have an issue with portfolio view where its all vertical view one on top of each other, where it used to be a good UI experience seeing all the portfolio assets as horizontal side by side.
