Even updating the contact-form.php file, the form is not sending the message.

Greetings, good afternoon, I have a situation, I bought the template and when trying to upload it to wordpress it gave me an error that the style.css was missing, in that review I notice that there are 2 versions one HTML and one for wordpress, my question is the following is there a way that when buying the version for wordpress they give me a discount since I bought the wrong one by mistake.

I have bought:
Justice – HTML template with Visual Page Builder for Advocate or Law Firm;
but I have realized that I have made a mistake and it does not allow me to install it in wordpress, and I do not know what to do with the folders.
Can I request a refund? How can I do it? Do you have this theme for wordpress?
